I may register with this sponsor when Euphony launches in the USA and pay the registration fees (date and fees to be confirmed). I will receive information about the company, marketing plan and services as it becomes available. I am aware this agreement is temporary until the legal documents become available, however, it is a commitment to the Euphony structure. I am aware that completion of this Pre-Registration Form is in no way legally binding and should not be construed that an Independent Consultancy Agreement between the Euphony Group and myself will automatically be entered in to. Additionally, all individuals should be aware that this Pre-Registration cannot be used in any way to organize, structure or pre-construct promotional positions for the purposes of gaining a promotion within the Euphony Group marketing plan. All positions are only achieved from the time a full Independent Consultant Agreement is completed and accepted onto the Euphony computer system, and then all other elements required for promotion must also be met.
