I purchased this item based on the glowing (advertised) features of this equipment. However, I have been unable to produce anything to date. You will learn from the Dazzle website that just about everyone on the planet that has bought this product are having the same difficulties. I believe the hardware is okay but the software is the problem. I have not yet had a satisfactory response from the Dazzle team regarding my issues. The advice of many of the Dazzle customers is to return the device and ask for a refund. If I have no joy in the very near future, that is exactly what I will be doing.
