Good for the Ixus 400

I bought this case along with my Canon digital IXUS 400. The case is tough leather and durable. It has a Belt loop but also a hole in the top to poke your wrist strap on the camera through. The memory card pocket inside isn't big enough to hold the card in its protective case which is bad. The case is a perfect fit for the IXUS 400 series but I have noticed sometimes when you pull the camera out of the case it is so "snug" that it can flick the mode switch from record to playback. This isn't really a problem just more of an inconvenience. I would still highly recommmend this case though just becasue of its size but the drawback being that it is only really designed to hold the camera itself or a CF card which isnt protected by its plastic case. Worth the money though.

The item does what it is intended for ie provide a case for the camera. However it is not big enough to take a spare battery which spoils an otherwise good product. A spare battery is more important than a memory card as you can always increase memory space by deleting some photos or by taking low resolution pictures. The camera does not have a battery indicator and runs out wihout warning therefore a spare battery is essential.

Good Case for the Stylish Camera... Slightly bigger for IXUS II, but when I got as a free gift when I ordered it with the camera, then no complaints.... Have a great going!!!
